He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence "Larry" Ludwick and Elizabeth "Sweetie" Ludwick; his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Mascio and Larry Ludwick; and his sister-in-law Mary Ludwick (Sandy Ludwick). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of sending flowers you can make a donation to the Light House Church in his memory.
