It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Payne (Cape May, New Jersey), who passed away on March 14, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorna and Wilbur of Fair Lawn, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia O. Payne; his daughters, Elizabeth Randell (Nicholas) and Cynthia Payne; his stepdaughter Hannah Buchar (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Emma, Edward Randell, Brody and Gwen Buchar.

“To the beloved "ones" of Dick, in remembrance of his life and especially the memories shared MANY years ago; I knew Dick as my Manager at Mellon Bank, N.A. years ago in Crafton, a Suburb of Pittsburgh; He was great to work for, very fair and treated me well; He actually referred me to an Officer at the Main Branch of Mellon, which resulted in a promotion and success. I left my career eventually to start a family, Great memories remain. Lord Bless you all. I just "found out" of his "passing"..”
