He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Murphy and Margaret Murphy; and his wife Eileen. He is survived by: his daughter Denise (Richard Boyle) of Fair Hill, MD; his grandchildren, Ric, Holly, Matthew and Emma; his son Richard Murphy (Leah) of Monroe, NY; his grandchild Richie; his son Charles Murphy (Jean) of Schwenksville, PA; his grandchildren, Brianna, Blake and Charlie; his siblings, Charles Murphy (Laurel) of Sheridan, WY and Peggy Sullivan of Bronx, NY; his nephew Neil; and his sister-in-law Catherine Cawley of Daytona Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
