He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Mulligan and Marie Mulligan. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Michelle Smith (Shaun), Lisa Young (Jim) and Kelly Mulligan (Anthony); and his grandchildren, Jack, Maddy, Hailey, Max and Audrey.
