With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Otto Nusser (Cape May, New Jersey), born in Cologne, New Jersey, who passed away on August 27, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Barger (Bill), Lisa Gramiak (Steve) and Pamela Garcia (Miguel); and his brother Manfred Nusser (Margaret). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
