He is survived by: his parents, Martin J. Biersbach and Linda Peschi; his significant other Jaime; his children, Rome DiFelice, Ella Victoria Biersbach and Avalise Elsa Biersbach; his brothers, Michael Biersbach and Donald Vanaman; and his nieces and nephews, Nisol, Natalie, Liberty, Marshal, Nathan, Avery and Asher.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lower Township Police Officer's Association, 405 Breakwater Road, Erma, NJ 08204 where they will later be transferred to the children.
