He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Moore (Potts); and his son Roy Thomas. He is survived by: his brother Tommy; his children, Rita Sprenkle (George), John Moore (Donna), Margaret Mellito (Patrick) and Jacqueline Mathis (Jack); his grandchildren, Denise Gianfrancesco Meissner, Christine Schwartz Shaeffer, Angela Moore Boggs, John Mathis, Margaret Lepone, John Moore Jr., Jaclyn Moore and James Mathis; and his great grandchildren, Leah, Sarah Shaeffer, Toby Price, Riley Turchi, Milo Mathis, Jason, Arianna Boyer, Hannah, Cody, Dakota and Kenny. He is also survived by his children, sister- and brother-in-law and nieces, then with his grandchildren.
