She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Abrams and Charlotte Abrams; and her son Charles Priar III. She is survived by: her husband Charles Priar, Jr.; her children, Jaimie Edmunds (Jim Edmunds), Heather Priar and Christoper Priar (Larizza); and her grandchildren, Ashley Edmunds, Austin Edmunds and Benjamin Priar.
