She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Witkosky and Virginia Witkosky (Utzler); and her siblings, Larry, Edward Witkosky and Mary Jo Sylvester.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her children, Eric and Jennifer Struky (Erik); her grandson Logan Struky; her siblings, Paul (Patty), William Witkosky (Mary) and Debra Laughrey (Leo); and her sister-in-law Julie (late Larry). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
