He was predeceased by: his parents, George Roth and Margaret Roth; and his brother Joseph Roth. He is survived by: his wife Darcy Dickenson; his sons, Jon M. Roth, Jr. and Jerami M. Roth; his stepson Andrew Dickenson; and his siblings, George, Robert Roth, Donald Roth, Patricia, Volpe, Margaret, Megonigal and Jerry.
