He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rita and Ed. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Tuel Leo; and his children, Michael Leo, Edward Leo (Paula), Amanda Tuel Parker (Shane), Rachael Tuel Tenner (Jeffrey) and Patience Tuel Trofi (Daniel).
