He is survived by: his children, Jeanette Higbee, Deborah Higbee and William "Billy" Higbee (Faith); his stepdaughter Virginia "Ginna" Jenkins; his grandchildren, Jeana, Kenneth (Amy), Tyler, Jodi, Brielle, Matthew (Jessica), Michael (Candice), Charles "Chase" III (Gabrielle) and Jeffrey (Shannon); his great grandchildren, Julius, Alayna, Juliana, Abraxus, Cullen, Kingsley, Hannah and Charles IV; his sister Marilee Bryan (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth "Betty" Higbee, Kathleen "Kay" Biondi and Carolyn Elliott.
