He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Hofstetter and Ruth Hofstetter (Bluett). He is survived by: his significant other Susan Carney; his children, Robin Lorraine Hofstetter Morris (Jerry), Jill Grace Hofstetter Herman (Tim), Frederick J. Hofstetter, Jr. (Lisa) and Michael Hofstetter; his grandchildren, Tim Sloan, Greg Herman (McKenna), Julia Herman Sowinski (Eric), John Hofstetter (Clarissa O'Grady), Rebecca Hofstetter and Robyn Hofstetter (Aaron Mascobetto); his great grandchildren, Haley and Chloe; his sister Carolyn Theobald; and his close friend Cassandra. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as many dear friends.
In honor of Fred's wishes donations can be made in his memory to the Future Hope CPC, Inc. for their Abortion Recovery Program, 123 Fishing Creek Road, North Cape May NJ.
