He was predeceased by: his father Eugene III; and his brothers, Stephen Cathrall and David Cathrall. He is survived by: his close friend Katherine Fritz (Lissy); his sons, Riley and Patrick Cathrall (Julia); his grandson Cooper Cathrall; his mother Josephine Cathrall (Jody); and his sister Ann Leinenbach (Gerry).
