She is survived by: her husband Charles Powers (Chuck); her children, Brittany Ellis (James), Michael and Caitlyn; her sister JoAnn Van Dixon (Stephen); her parents, Roger Henry and Terryl Henry; her granddaughter Piper Ellis; her niece Amanda Wolf (Kyle); and her nephew Christopher Van Dixon.
