He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Langan Sr. Charlie and NJ Bell; his wife Mary; his son Richard Langan (Leslie); his grandchildren, Brittney and Brandon Langan; his son Charles Langan; his brothers, John Langan Sr. (Susan) and David (Susan); his niece Jamie Langan; his nephew John Langan Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, David Simon, Judith Vit (George) and Kathy Feron (Steve). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.

Contributions in his memory can be made to his favorite charity, St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
