He is survived by: his wife Carolanne; his children, Renee Michael (Brian), Sandra Schooley (Nathan), Nicole Hazle (Ramon) and Robert Helverson (Vivi); the mother of his children Mary; his sister Joyce Ewing (Gil); and his nieces and nephews, Brittani, Natalie, Lexi, Brandon and Lars.
