He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin L. Hughes and Margaret S. Hughes; his brother John L. Hughes; and his nephew Kenneth Petrucci (Jordan). He is survived by: his wife Kathie (Essington); his son Douglas Boyce of Pennsville, NJ; and his siblings, Darilyn Petrucci (Joseph) of Wilmington, DE, Anita Carry of West Branch, MI, Lorraine Evans (Marlond) of Salem, NJ, Mary Kitzmiller of Carneys Point, NJ, Charles Hughes of Pennsville, Katherine Shook (Francis) of Pennsville, Gladys Till (Brady) of Hancock's Bridge and Gregory Hughes Sr. (Dorothy) of Northfield, NJ. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
