He is survived by: his spouse Magdalena Rosario-Burgos; his children, Madeline Burgos, Elizabeth Cuevas (Christian Pena), Tina Burgos (Waldemar Ramos) and Jennifer Gonzalez (Alfredo); his grandchildren, Serena, Jenaya, Justin, David, Alyssa, Keiontay, J'Lani, Adelena, Adriana and Aliana; and his siblings, Noemi, Edith Rios, Elizabeth, Carmen, Justiniano, Eliezer, Luis A., Ramon, Margarita, Lourdes and Benjamin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
