He is survived by: his friend Tobin Douglas Wrice; his mother Jean Wrice; his uncles, Toby, Coach Toby and Tob; his wife Terri McNeil; his children, Tobi (Marcus), Sabra (Rachael) and McNeil (Meagan); his grandchildren, Logan, Mia, Margo and Ray; and his siblings, Terry, Tracy (Gloria), Tyrone, Tony, Tammi, Timothy (Marne), Elanda Bell and James Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a community of beloved friends and neighbors.
