She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Hollis and John Byrd; her sister Ethel Hamilton; and her grandsons, Rahkeem Byrd and Ray Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Alonda Byrd, Michelle Rose (Ray), Stephanie Williams (Anthony) and Kevin Byrd (Sonya); her grandchildren, Terron, Keyonna, Kayla, Jazzmyne, Isaiah, Sharonn and Aaliyah; her sisters, Carol Glasco and Jamie Ellis; and her close friends, Carly and David.
