With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert H Rowand of Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on January 21, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Herbert; and his parents, Blanche Rowand and Raymond H. Rowand. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Rowand; his sons, Douglas Scott of Dunkirk, MD and Stephen Earl of Glassboro, NJ; his siblings, Jacqueline of Gainesville, GA, Ronald of Owings, MD and Barbara (Tim Chew) of Deptford, NJ.; his nieces, Barbara Fleming, Elizabeth Belote and Rebecca Rowand Taylor; and his nephew Aaron Rowand.
