He is survived by: his children, Rafael Perez Jr., Reynaldo Perez and Miriam Perez-Martin (Phillip); his grandchildren, Reynaldo Perez II (Brittany), Gabrielle Perez, Jesse Perez (Ashley), Letizia Arroyo, Alexia Perez, Alec Perez and Nicholas Perez; his great grandchildren, Reynaldo Perez III, Anays, Anaya, Jayden, Isabela, Amari, Noah and Katorah Perez; his siblings, Johnny, Frank, Tony, Rosin, Gloria, Rafaela, Angie and Edna; and also, Hermano of Corazon and Junior Rivera. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
