With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Chorzelewski in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on July 9, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph Chorzelewski; her children, Patty Jones (Bob), Lori Mulligan (Jim) and Ed Chorzelewski (Jen); her sisters, Janet Tuttle and Susan Pulley; and her grandchildren, Jackie, Abbie, Ashley, Brandon, Emma, Kara, Lauren, Joe and Ella.

The family request memorial contributions be made in lieu of flowers in Pat's name to the Alzheimer's Association Attn: Donor Services, 25 N Michigan Ave 17th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601.
