He was predeceased by: his son Luis Perez. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Pacheco; and his children, Carmen Sanchez, Haydee Stephenson, Noel Pacheco Jr., Hector Pacheco, Rey Pacheco, Rosa Martinez and Sonia Pacheco. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, siblings.
