He is survived by: his children, Angel Aviles (Maria), Carlos Nieves, Juanita Nieves and Maritza Aviles; his grandchildren, Angel, Novellis, Matthias, Carlos, Angelina, Angel Jr., Denise, Jocelyn, Laquanda, Jessica, Alexis, Ashley, Joshua, Jai'el, Jose and Heaven; and his siblings, Milagros, Carmen, Ildefonso, Raymond, Josie, Carlos and Gina. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
