She is survived by: her children, Edwin Fontanez (Josefa), Johnny Fontanez (Aida), Jose Fontanez (Sandra), William Fontanez (Roseann), Frankie Fontanez (Liseidy), Lisa Fontanez and Joaquin Fontanez, Jr. (Brenda); and her siblings, Esther, Julio, Rafaela, Diego, Pedro, Cruz and Wencesla. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
