She is survived by: her children, La Verne and LaVerne Nelson (Joseph); her sister Crystal Wyatt (Walter); her grandchildren, Namdee, Jarid Nelson, Merritt, Chandler Johnson, Darnell Doughty, Rashon Whye, Dana and Tasha Drummond; and her great grandchildren, Jayla, Johnny, Jada, Davontae, Jarid Jr. and Nazir. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
