He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Rosa and Ismael Torres. He is survived by: his children, Ricky, Christina and Aida; and his siblings, Jose "Joe", Ismael "Junior", Marylou and Rosa. He is also survived by his grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
