She was predeceased by: her significant other Angel Ramon Ramirez, Sr.; and her sons, Carlos Perez, Francisco Perez and Angel Ramirez, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Carmen Diaz (Edwin) of Camden, NJ, Wilfredo Perez (Luz Hernandez), Anna Vazquez (Rosa Lopez) of Camden, NJ and Olga Ramirez of Burlington, NJ.. She is also survived by grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

Eventually, she developed Alzheimer's on top of the dementia & had to be moved to a nursing home for round the clock care.
