He was predeceased by: his daughter Ruth M. Rodriguez (David). He is survived by: his children, Juan R. Rodriguez (Rosemary), Luanna R. Dimopoulos (Ioannis), Jose E. Rodriguez (Jeannie) and Marco A. Rodriguez (Lauren); his grandchildren, Cristina, Antonio, Enrique, Jose, Xavier, Christopher, Nicolas, Isabella and Luca; his brothers, Jorge, Eduardo and Hector Rodriguez; and the mother of his children Ruth Rodriguez. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
