He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Ibarrondo; his sons, Victor Figueroa, Jr. and Roberto Figueroa; his parents, Rufino Ibarrondo and Maria Regina Diaz Ibarrondo; and his brothers, William and Ruben Ibarrondo.
He is survived by: his children, Migdalia Ibarrondo of New Castle, DE, Jose Victor Ibarrondo of Camden, NJ and Enrique Ibarrondo (Cynthia) of Camden, NJ; his grandchildren, Edward Harris IV, Lauren Hunt (Shauntae), Victor Ibarrondo, Eric Harris and Krystal Maldonado; his great grandchildren, Julianna Ibarrondo, Maria, Sabrina Hunt, Jaelyn and Analyse Vazquez; and his siblings, Delia, Efrain and Aida Luz Ibarrondo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
