He was predeceased by: his parents, Maryellen Richardson and Jose Diaz; his grandparents, Raymond V. Fuchs and Julia Fuchs; his uncles, Raymond V. Fuchs Jr. and Francis Joseph Fuchs; and his friends, Elvis Ortiz and Bert Sanchez.
He is survived by: his fiancé Sarai Morales; his sons, Jose Jr., Damien, Brandon, Ethan and Antonio Fuchs; his stepchildren, Gianna, Isa and Siah Gamble; his sisters, Carmen Acevedo (Julian), Heather Messina, Ana Figueroa, Juanita Steudler (Paul) and Teresa Pike; his stepmother Barbara Pike; his brothers, Dereck Rivera (Mary), Raymond Izquierdo, Brian, Kiko, Antonio, Maurice Figueroa and Miguel Diaz; his grandchildren, Isabella Fuchs and Ka'leeah Gamble; his aunts, Joan Serfass (Dave), Rebecca Gannon, Julieann Morlino, Georgette Hodson (Michael) and Josephine Fuchs; and his uncle Philip Fuchs (Marla). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
