He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Langston and Georgia Langston; his siblings, Evelyn Kelly, Elnora Grayson, Julia Clark and Clarence Langston; his stepbrother Willie Salter; and his daughter Lisa Langston.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Bret Waters (Wife), Jimmie Langston, Jr. (Jay) and Dawn Santana (Jessie); his grandson Jimmie Langston, III (Boopers); his sister Mazie Horsey (James Johnson); his stepchildren, Paul, Pierre (Cedell), Marie, Derrick (Vina) and Julia (Roe); and his friend Gregory Parks. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
