She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmelo Mercado and Julia Rivera; her husband Ismael Gonzalez; and her son Ismael Gonzalez. She is survived by: her children, Nilda Gonzalez (late Jesus Lopez), Mildred Gonzalez, Evelyn Gonzalez, Angel Gonzalez (Glenys Gonzalez), Orlando Gonzalez (Sheila Gonzalez), Isabel Gonzalez (Ulises Rodriguez), Yaritza Gonzalez Toledo (Freddy Toledo) and Ivonne Babilonia; her grandchildren, Tito, Ivonne, Junín, Edwin, Angel, Eric, Macho, Charlie, Gaby, Rafi, Esther, Angelito, Ariana, Margarita, Cinthia, Xamara, Jay, Orlando Jr., Rachel, Franky, Julisa, Ulises, Chris, Inari, Freddy Jr., Alexis, Alexander, Stephanie, Kelvin, Leisha, Manuel, Lele, Mia and Arielle; her siblings, Ismael Mercado, Edwin Mercado and Jaime Rosado; her pet Nicky; and her close friend Aileen.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Givnish Funeral Home (1200 US-130, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
