He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey V. Folks, Jr. (Lillian Folks) and NJ; his siblings, Joan and Ronald Folks; and his children, Dale Baylor and Joan Folks.
He is survived by: his wife Sadie Folks; his siblings, Meryl P. Folks, James Folks, William Folks and Leah Lopez; and his children, James (Betty Folks), Sheliah (Frank Greene), Gregory (Renee Baylor), Kevin Baylor, Robert (Valerie Baylor), Marshelle Williams and Joseph (Nivia Williams). He is also survived by great-great grandchildren, family and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the May Funeral Home-Pennsauken (4522 Westfield Ave, Pennsauken Township, NJ 08110).
