He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Maritza Luna (Miguel), Efrain Nieves (Brunilda) and Orlando (Betsy); his grandchildren, Miguel Jr., Leslie, Thalia, Denise, Abdiel, Alexa and Yanelle; and his siblings, Claudio, Jose, Luis Alfredo, Luis Anibal, Iris Betancourt and Zoraida Nieves.
