He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his daughters, Stephania Mayse (Robert Rullan) and Cynthia Grater (Christopher Grater); his grandson Dereck Grater; and his brother David Johnson (Linda Johnson) of Wisconsin. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law's, nieces and nephews.
