She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Singleton and Rachel Singleton; her sister Rheba; her children, Moneke Ragsdale, Hashmiru Sesay and Hamed Sesay; her grandsons, Edgar Lee, Elijah Lee, Eric Lee and Mervin Ragsdale; and her siblings, Rachel Rogers of Boardman, OH, Carol Davenport, Lone Tree, Eartha Chang, Katanya Gilmore and David Singleton of Galloway, NJ. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
