He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hoffman and Lucy Hoffman (Newsome); and his brother Ricky. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Hoffman (Willard); his children, Gina Hoffman (Jason), Anthony Hoffman (Crystal) and Lindsey Hoffman (Brooke); his stepchildren, Kerry Mahoney (Ginene) and Colleen Mahoney; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Gianna, Joey, Gabe, Lori, Nathan, Ella, Zoey and Rina. He is also survived by friends and relatives.
Dan never lost his sense of humor throughout his battle with Parkinson's Disease and his cancer diagnosis, and he kept on battling until The Lord told him it was time to come home.
