She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel James and Ruth Belle Keys. She is survived by: her children, Sherin, Samuel and Oprah; her sister Dr. Karen Keys; and her grandchildren, Azelea and William. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and her community of friends.
