He is survived by: his parents, Calvin Lee Bates, Sr. (Tracy) and Annette Bates; his children, Marqua, Calena and Caliee; his siblings, Monique Smith, Tresur Bates, Chance Bates and Pryce Bates; his nieces and nephews, Makayla Benson, Josiah Torres, Jaylan Mendoza and Rylan McCullough; the mother of his children Davina; and the mother of his child Takia. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
