He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Henry Scheffer and Elsie Scheffer; and his son Benjamin Scheffer. He is survived by: his wife Aimee; his children, Alex Scheffer of Jersey City, NJ, Alexandra Bradley of Denver, CO and Jocelyn Repshas (Justin) of Fort Worth, TX; his granddaughter Sienna Repshas; his brothers, Lyle Scheffer (Rosenia) of Margate, FL and Dan Scheffer (Susan) of Booton, NJ; his parents-in-law, Adam and Judith Ambielli; and his grandfather-in-law Donna Worstell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
