He was predeceased by: his brother Edward C. Betts. He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Betts; his son-in-law Michael Hritz; and his sister-in-law Marguerite L. Betts. He is also survived by two nieces, four great nieces and nephews, and eight great-great nieces and nephews.
Due to the current circumstances of COVID-19, a memorial service will be planned at a later date.
