She was predeceased by: her parent Jen Kuei Song. She is survived by: her husband Andrew Denis Kozlowski; her children, Andrew Song Kozlowski and Mary Song Kozlowski; and her siblings, Pei-Fong Song-Lin, Pei-Pei Song-Tomioka, Pei-Lin Song-Chung of Pei, Zhao Di Song, Michael Song and Linda Song.
