He was predeceased by: his father Leon Dye. He is survived by: his son Blake Loren Dye (Allie); his granddaughters, Delilah and Delaney of Westerville; his mother Sondra Ballenger of Newark; and his siblings, Shawn Dye of Grove City and Lisa Stotts of Grove City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
