With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas James Gartland (Caldwell, New Jersey), born in Montclair, New Jersey, who passed away on May 31, 2018 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Tommy (Marybeth) and Christy; his grandsons, Maxwell, Emmett, Benjamin, Leo and Daniel; and his sisters, Peggy Cassini and Trish Stewart. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made to the Mt. St. Dominic Academy or the Caldwell Public Library Foundation.
