She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Skendzel and Marjorie Munn; and her stepfather TJ Munn. She is survived by: her son Scott Davis of Brick, NJ; her fiancé Shawn Mendel of Point Pleasant, NJ; and her siblings, Kevin Skendzel of Columbus, OH, Mary Kay Warwick of Grand Rapids, MI, Theresa Skendzel of Grand Rapids, MI and Annie Acker (Randy) of Grand Rapids, MI.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
