She is survived by: her children, John Hencinsky and Adriana Marcinczyk (Wesley); her grandchildren, Kaia and Hanzo; her sibling Dorita Fernandez (Jorge) of Miami, FL.; and her close friends, Cheryl Otto, Calvin, Screech, Shadow and Ushi.
