He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Caplan; his daughters, Samantha (Steven Lepine) and Stephanie; his husband Matthew Salvatore; his mother Bess; his brother Mitchell; and his uncle Mark Sachs. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
